Georgina Cooper, a British supermodel who is 46 years old, became unwell while on holiday on the Greek island of Kos with her new husband, Nigel. Her condition quickly deteriorated after she was first admitted to the nearby hospital.
She died after five days in intensive care after being evacuated to a more modern institution in Crete due to the severity of her sickness. Her loved ones are still grieving her passing in England, where her body was recently flown back.
