Woman Who Spent $70k On Extreme Makeover Reveals Shocking Before Photos
Despite being compared to a ‘demon’ by online trolls, she says she has never felt more like herself—or more beautiful.
Her journey with body art began at the young age of 14 when she got her first tattoo.
Since then, she’s covered almost every inch of her body in ink, making her appearance truly one of a kind.
Some of the more extreme changes include tattooing the whites of her eyes and having surgery to split her tongue down the middle.
Beyond her tattoos and split tongue, Orylan has gone even further with her transformation.
She’s had her teeth modified into sharp-looking fangs with veneers and even has a heart-shaped implant placed in the palm of her hand.
She proudly showcases her look on Instagram, where she regularly shares posts with her many followers, embracing every detail of her alternative style.
She told MailOnline: “Most people will say I should have never changed myself, but beauty is subjective and I believe the way I look now is the beauty I’ve always wanted to achieve.”

While Orylan is proud of how she looks, she admits that strangers don’t always react kindly. In fact, many people make their discomfort pretty clear.
“When some people see my eyes, they stare and point and say nothing, others give me ugly looks, and some will straight up get in my face and say they hate it,” she revealed, recalling some of the cruel encounters she’s had in public.
But what she faces online is often far worse. Trolls, hiding behind anonymous accounts, leave nasty comments and harsh judgments.
“They love to say, ‘You look like a demon,’ or, ‘You were so much prettier before,’ or ‘You must not have had a good childhood,'” she explained about the kind of hate she receives from strangers on the internet.
Despite all the opinions, her decisions about body modifications aren’t planned out in advance. She prefers to take things one day at a time.

She’s open to the idea of adding more face tattoos or even going as far as tattooing her tongue one day.
Interestingly, Orylan says that having her tongue split allows her to enjoy the flavor of two different foods at once—something most people can’t experience.
Thinking back on it, she shared: “I tried [it] right when it healed, Coke and Sprite were the first [thing]. I was confused about the flavor combination.”

“So beautiful before and now!” another fan added in admiration of her bold transformation.
