Khloe Kardashian condemned the alleged arsonist on Instagram, calling for justice. Actor Henry Winkler also expressed anger over the destruction. Authorities detained Juan Manuel Sierra-Leyva, a Mexican national seen with a blowtorch, after residents in Calabasas restrained him. However, the LAPD later stated there wasn’t enough evidence to charge him with arson.The investigation is ongoing as concerns of worsening conditions rise due to high winds.
